Premchand Degra was one of the best bodybuilder of his time. As he won the title of World Amateur Championship at 80 Kg category in 1988. He used to live in Hoshiarpur, Punjab these days. He also awarded with Padam Shri in 1990 Goverment of India. otgher then this he also rewarded with Arjun award,Punjab Government’s Maharaja Ranjit Singh Award, Tata best Sportsman Award (1986) Charminar Challenge Trophy and whole lots of bodybuilding titles.
